The concept of Drumfire Teambuilding came together in 2005 when three music educators Chrisse Feros, Joel Vanderpuije and Bryan Macaranas brainstormed together to create designer drumming programs  that would embrace people from all walks of life giving them the opportunity of a unique shared fun experience.

Chrisse Feros holds a Master's Degree in Music, specializing in Organizational Development.  She is also a qualified Life Coach and has an Associate Degree in Exercise Science. She is endorsed by Toca Percussion and Tama Drums. She is music producer and founding director of BadBubba Records & The Voiceworx Academy and is an Associate of the Recording Academy USA (The Grammy's) USA.

Chrisse performed by invitation at THE SYDNEY 2000 OLYMPIC GAMES.  She has been designing programs for  "Wellness in the Workplace", "Staff Development through Music" and "Designer Programs for Children" for over fifteen years. She also designs programs for other teambuilding companies and for many leading businesses both here and in the United States of America.

 

Joel Vanderpuije is an international session drummer and performer.  He has completed several global tours and is endorsed by Pearl Drums. He brings with him drumming from Ghana in Africa, blended with intricate cross rhythms from his homeland.  He has been delivering workshops for the past fifteen years, nationally and internationally. He is the founder of one of Australia's leading African and Reggae bands - Kalabash.

 

Bryan Macaranas holds endorsements from Mapex Drums, Meinl Cymbals and has performed with international acts such as The Screaming Jets, The Cruel Sea, Resin Dogs and Steve Vai. Bryan was one of the founding members of Glockenspiel, a rock music group that found it's way onto Triple J radio charts. He is a gifted drum coach and music educator, and over the past ten years has worked and delivered drum programs to a great variety of companies and clients.
